WHITE NEISH RETURNS EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Returns Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
If you are able to provide a valid receipt within the 30 day time period , White Neish may offer you an exchange provided that the merchandise:
- In saleable condition.
- Is unworn or unused with all original packaging & tags attached.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- The item must be returned to us, in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, within 30 days of receiving it.
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as a change of mind, returns or exchange will not be provided on the below merchandise:
- GIFT CARDS
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS.
- Millinery (hats, caps, beanies etc)
- Underwear garments including slip dresses & singlet tops.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For White Neish Online Store orders, please print you order confirmation email and include it with the item to be returned.
Unfortunately there is no returns or exchange on SALE ITEMS, please choose carefully as there are no exceptions.
- NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
- White Neish will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but not for change of mind.
- Picked the incorrect size & still want the same style? Please contact the store immediately by sending us an email at email@example.com before sending the item back.
- Once you have received an Authorised Returns Reference Number please send your item to:

- Where possible, we will do our best to offer you the same style in the correct size, should you reject this offer unfortunately this will be considered a “change of mind” and we do not do exchanges for “change of mind”.
- If the same style cannot be offered you will be issued with a White Neish ONLINE STORE CREDIT valid for 12 weeks.

Australian customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag if wishing to have products sent back for an exchange. We strongly suggest using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post.
Our Online store will not be responsible for any parcel sent by the customer, which is lost in transit.
The item must be returned to us, in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, within 30 days of receiving it.
The cost of returning the item to us is at the cost of the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
